FixDozer Fair Price Engine for shop software companies
FixDozer Fair Price Engine is a hosted service for shop management software companies. You send your shops' repair-order data; it returns answers your shops can use on every repair order, in a console for your team and through an API you build into your own screens. We set it up, connect it to your system and support it.
For what the car owner described, the fixes your shops actually performed, ranked by how often each one was the answer, by year, make and model, with the parts and labor time.
For a job on this year, make and model in this ZIP code's market: the fair price range split into parts, labor and fees, and where a quote sits against the local market.
How it works
- You connect your data. Your shops' repair orders arrive through a secure upload, nightly or continuously. We build the connector for your system.
- The engine builds your maps. Only from your data, in your own isolated environment, refreshed as new repair orders arrive.
- You use the results. In the Fair Price Engine console, and through our API in your repair-order, estimate and reporting screens, as a feature for your shops.
- We run it for you. Hosting, onboarding, the connector for your system, refreshes and support are part of the service.
Your data stays yours
- We don't sell data. We sell the Fair Price Engine, as a hosted service.
- Your data is used only to run your service. It is never shared with another customer, never resold, and deleted when you leave.
- No one pays to change a number. The engine reports what shops did and charged.
See it working
The same engine builds this site: what a symptom usually turns out to be and what each repair really costs by vehicle, from real paid repair orders.
